REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At House Of Fine, we want you to shop with confidence. Our return policy is designed to give you peace of mind. If you change your mind about a purchase or are dissatisfied with a product, we've got you covered. We believe in fair and straightforward refund or exchange policies to ensure your shopping experience is stress-free.

Making sure you receive items that fit is important for us, and for this reason, we offer a 30-day exchange (return) policy that will cover any sizing issue that you may experience with proper receipt of unused item. We do not offer refunds, but we can exchange for a different size or style as long as original product is received unused.

 

We will physically inspect each return and we reserve the right to refuse an item if it does not pass inspection. In order for an exchange to pass inspection, the item that you are returning should be in new condition and inside the original packaging with all original tags attached. Exchanges should show no signs of wear, odors, stains and no dampness from sweat or otherwise.

 

When your exchange is approved and redelivery fee is received, your replacement item will be shipped. If the exchange is denied, you will be responsible for the cost of having the item shipped back to you.In order for your exchange to be processed, we ask that you follow the steps listed on our returns page closely. We are also available to assist with sizing prior to your purchase.
